We are looking for passionate and driven Beauty Consultants to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and upsell beauty services and products to meet sales targets
• Handle front desk duties including appointments, registration, and payments
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
• Able to recommend new treatments and products to clients.
• Able to build rapport with new customers
• Participate in training sessions and company activities to enhance skills
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and positive environment
• Coordinate closely with beauticians and team members

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience working in beauty salon
• Outgoing, proactive, and sales-driven personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
