Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is recruiting for multiple beauty store positions in Singapore.

These roles involve delivering personalized customer experiences across makeup, skincare and fragrance, with strong emphasis on understanding client needs and building loyalty. Expect to meet sales targets, upsell effectively and promote membership campaigns. Work week is Monday–Sunday (5 days) with hours between 10am and 10pm; basic salary ranges from 2,200–3,000 SGD, with incentives and a typical gross

Qualifications

• Retail experience in beauty or fashion preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, personalised service to every customer
• Understand needs and recommend suitable products
• Build strong customer relationships & loyalty
• Provide makeup, skincare & fragrance recommendations
• Shade match and suggest routines based on customer needs
• Share product knowledge, tips & trends confidently
• Achieve individual sales targets & KPIs
• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
• Promote membership programmes & campaigns
• Stay updated on latest beauty trends and launches
• Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade skills
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and support daily retail operations
• Assist with cashiering duties when required
