Job summary

The role requires strong communication, a service mindset, and flexibility for weekend shifts from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with opportunities to upsell and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a beauty consultant or beautician.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for beauty and customer care.
• Ability to work on weekends and hours 12:00 PM–9:30 PM.
• Relevant beauty knowledge/certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• In charge of all business and clients and responsible for the revenue of the company.
• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending products and treatments.
• Perform a variety of beauty services, including facials, skincare treatments, makeup application, and other aesthetic services as required.
• Maintain a high level of service and professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promote and upsell beauty products and services to meet sales targets.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met in the treatment areas.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.
