Job summary

Seven Retail Group in Singapore is hiring a Beauty Consultant to welcome customers, perform professional skin/hair/body analyses, and recommend aesthetic treatments and products to suit individual needs. You will drive sales through product knowledge and create a warm, engaging in-store experience.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in aesthetics or skincare, demonstrate a track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in aesthetic, beauty, medical aesthetics, skincare.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for aesthetic treatments or skincare.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
• Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty consultations and recommend suitable products and services based on client needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product demonstrations and client engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and beauty trends.
• Manage client enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and in-clinic communication
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Work closely with doctors, therapists and the clinic team to provide a seamless client experience.
