PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West and Bishan. We have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments.

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the designated outlet assigned
• Lead / manage a team of therapists

• Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet sales and revenue
• Achieve personal sales target
• Evaluate progress against sales target, identify and implement solutions
• Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc

Basic Requirements

• Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience
• 6 days’ work week
• Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
