Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a client-focused beauty consultant to guide clients through consultations, assessments and a tailored beauty journey. You will blend customer service, relationship management and sales to help clients choose treatments, packages and products while achieving outlet targets.

You will collaborate with therapists and the outlet team to schedule appointments, follow up with clients and maintain high standards of service, grooming and professionalism,

Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented and patient.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional client consultations and skin/body assessments to understand individual beauty concerns, needs and goals.
• Recommend suitable facial, body, slimming, wellness treatments and beauty products based on clients’ needs.
• Achieve assigned individual and outlet sales targets through effective consultation, product/treatment recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups and after-treatment care.
• Manage client appointments and encourage repeat visits, treatment continuity and package utilisation.
• Provide accurate information on treatment procedures, expected outcomes, packages, promotions and pricing.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and client experience, and assist in resolving client concerns or feedback professionally.
• Maintain accurate client consultation, treatment, sales and follow-up records in accordance with company procedures.
• Work closely with therapists and outlet team members to coordinate treatment schedules and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain professional grooming, appearance, conduct and service standards in accordance with company requirements.
• Keep abreast of the Company's latest treatments, products, technologies, promotions and beauty/wellness trends.
• Perform other sales, customer service and operational duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or Management.
