Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the beauty centre to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies and products.
  • Ensure the centre complies with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of beauty professionals including therapists, technicians, and receptionists.
  • Schedule staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and optimize productivity.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

3. Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support customer retention initiatives.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive centre sales performance through effective promotions and upselling strategies.
  • Monitor daily sales and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and partnership opportunities to increase footfall.

5. Financial Management

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Monitor cash flow, sales targets, and KPIs.
  • Implement cost‑effective practices without compromising quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Sales‑driven with a good understanding of beauty and wellness products/services.
  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Knowledge of salon management software is a plus.
