Beauty Centre Manager

Job Description

TGK Beauty is a professional beauty centre specialising in facial treatments, waxing services (including male intimate waxing), and scalp / hair care services. We are seeking an experienced Beauty Centre Manager to oversee the overall operations, staff management, and training of the beauty centre.

This is a managerial and supervisory role focused on operations, people development, service standards, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations & Management

• Oversee daily operations and service workflow of the beauty centre
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a professional, safe, and customer‑focused environment

Staff Supervision, Training & Development

• Supervise beauty therapists and front‑desk staff
• Plan staff rosters, attendance, and duty assignments
• Design and conduct structured onboarding and ongoing staff training programmes
• Ensure therapists are properly trained in facial, waxing, and scalp / hair care services
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and corrective guidance
• Enforce professional conduct, service protocols, and dress code standards

Customer Experience & Service Quality

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery
• Ensure consistent service quality and high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate appointment flow, especially during peak periods

Inventory, Administration & Reporting

• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Oversee administrative tasks and operational reporting
• Support marketing execution, promotions, packages, and customer retention initiatives

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure services offered remain within the approved business scope
• Maintain accurate operational and staff records
• Work closely with management to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong operational knowledge of facial, waxing, and scalp / hair care services
• Proven experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Customer‑centric with good problem‑solving ability
• Able to manage a beauty centre independently
• Familiarity with Singapore service standards and workplace practices preferred
• Proficient in Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients and employees

Salary

SGD $10,000 – $12,000 per month

(Salary commensurate with experience and capability)
