CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a Beauty Advisor to perform professional facial and skincare treatments, conduct skin analyses, and build lasting client relationships. You will recommend tailored treatment plans and homecare, while achieving individual sales targets in a supportive centre environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in beauty therapy (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in beauty therapy / facial treatments.
• Confident in consultation, communication and sales.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and skincare treatments.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalised treatments & homecare.
• Build strong client relationships through consultation and follow‑up.
• Recommend suitable treatment programmes and skincare products.
• Work towards individual sales targets and incentives.
• Maintain client records and high hygiene standards.
• Support smooth day-to-day centre operations.
