Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor in Singapore to deliver premium retail experiences across our multi-brand beauty stores. You will upsell, maintain product knowledge, and support stock handling while engaging customers to understand their needs.

The role requires at least 1 year of beauty or retail experience, a team player attitude, and the ability to work 5 days a week including weekends; location at Changi City Point or Tampines One with a 44-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Recognise sales opportunities and upsell or cross-sell at the point of service
• Contribute to store sales and service goals
• Help manage deliveries: unpacking, preparing, re-shelving and storing stock
• Explain the value of the Brand Membership to customers
• Engage customers to understand their needs
• Deliver a premium retail experience with excellent after-sales service and follow-up
• Cultivate relationships to grow word of mouth and the client database
• Maintain good product knowledge across brands
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Store in Charge or Store Manager

Salary: $1,800 to $2,100 basic, plus $100 grooming allowance, monthly commission, monthly incentives, variable bonus and AWS

Employment: Full-time

Day/timings: 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays; 44 hours per week; retail operating hours

Location: Changi City Point or Tampines One
