Job summary

JUNGSAEMMOOL East Asia PTE LTD seeks a dedicated Beauty Advisor for its Singapore boutiques. You will engage guests, provide personalized skincare and makeup recommendations, and demonstrate products to boost sales and brand loyalty.

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team in venues at Vivocity, ION Orchard, and Scotts Road. Prior beauty experience and passion for K-beauty are valued; occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Singaporean prioritised for this role due to local hiring rules.
• Previous Beauty Advisor or similar role experience preferred.
• Strong passion for beauty products and trends, especially K-beauty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and provide personalised service.
• Knowledge of skincare, makeup, hair, and fragrance products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and offering personalized beauty advice.

• Demonstrate and promote a wide range of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and professional tools from JUNGSAEMMOOL Beauty.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries and make informed recommendations.

• Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.

• Please note that Singaporeans will be prioritised for this role as there is no quota for hiring foreign workers at the moment.

• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role is preferred.
