📝 Key Responsibilities

• Provide manicure and pedicure services.
• Perform eyelash extension and eyelash lifting services according to client preferences.
• Advise customers on suitable nail, lash and beauty services based on their needs and skin/condition.
• Assist in providing facial treatments and body care / slimming / massage services under guidance and training.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for all tools, equipment and treatment rooms.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist with basic reception duties such as booking appointments, answering enquiries and handling payments when required.
• Support day to day shop operations and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
