Job Responsibilities

• Promote company’s skincare products to customers
• Demonstrate skincare routines or techniques to customers professionally
• Educate & Offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
• Assist customers in selecting products that match their skin type, tone, and concerns.
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Handle phone and walk in customers enquiries
• Build rapport with customers and ensure a long term relationship with customers
• Be presentable and maintains good conduct
• Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
• Assist in the maintenance of store housekeeping

Requirements

• Preferably with retail sales experience
• Service and sales oriented
• Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
• Proven sales track record
• Passionate with skincare and beauty industry
• Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends and PH
