Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with a large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires a new enthusiastic beautician who is not only outgoing but also a competent team-player to work with other associates and promote a wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced (Full Time) candidates to join our growing family.

Positions

• Experience Beautician Consultant
• Experience Beauty Supervisor
• Experience Beautician / TCM Therapist
• Sales Consultant

Basic salary + Commission

Basic Requirements

• Consultant experience needed for managerial roles; otherwise beauty industry experience.
• 6 days work week.
• Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager.
• Promote wide range of services and packages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Hardworking and team cooperation.
• Able to commute well with peers / a team player.
• Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationships with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
