Overview

Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization, including conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and driving continuous improvement to ensure operational resilience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments, collaborating with IT, security teams, and business units to ensure preparedness and effective alignment across departments, branches, and head office.
  • Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adapting continuity strategies to maintain compliance and ensure plans remain effective.
  • Lead incident response communication and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates, resolution of issues, and readiness for future disruptions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices with proven experience in leading incident response efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Skilled in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations, with a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, delegating tasks efficiently, making quick and effective decisions, and coordinating with technology teams to ensure comprehensive incident management.
