What You’ll Do

As an IT Consultant, Technology Advisory & Delivery with BCG Platinion, you will help shape the digital future of leading organizations across Southeast Asia. Working alongside experienced consultants and architects in cross-functional, multicultural teams, you will contribute to technology transformations, IT strategy, and digital solution delivery across a wide range of industries.

You will gain hands-on experience solving complex problems at the intersection of business and technology, while building deep expertise in modern platforms, architectures, and delivery approaches.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of technology strategies and digital solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives

• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and co‑create future‑state customer and business journeys

• Analyze, assess, and help optimize complex IT architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business strategy

• Support the design, development, and delivery of functional and technical solutions across the full value chain

• Contribute to software and vendor selection processes, as well as enterprise and solution architecture discussions

• Assist in managing project workstreams, ensuring high‑quality delivery, clear communication, and alignment with timelines and expectations

• Stay up to date with the latest digital and technology trends, bringing innovative ideas and perspectives to both project teams and clients

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM), cloud‑based solutions, software development, and/or AI technologies

• Strong interest in technology strategy, enterprise IT, and modern digital platforms

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems

• Broad, generalist digital and technology skills, with a solid understanding of emerging digital and technology trends across industries

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross‑functional and multicultural team environments

• Strategic mindset with professional presence and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders

• Growth mindset with strong motivation to learn and perform in a fast‑paced, high‑impact consulting environment

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Flexibility and willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia / Asia‑Pacific region

• More experienced candidates may be considered for appointment at the Senior Consultant, Technology Advisory & Delivery level.
