Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge technical depth with business outcomes in the battery sector.

You will build expertise on battery packs and components, translate complex specs into customer-ready collateral, and support the sales team through technical briefings and qualification of opportunities. You will lead validation and testing coordination with partners, stay abreast of evolving battery technologies, and help shape market strategies across regional

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Electrical or related disciplines).
Foundational understanding of battery systems, packs, and components.
2–5+ years in sales engineering or technical support.
Experience in battery-related industries preferred.
Ability to simplify complex tech for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop technical expertise in battery packs and components with partners.
Translate technical product information into clear customer presentations.
Lead technical validation, testing, and qualification with customers and partners.
Support sales by qualifying requirements and delivering product walkthroughs.
Monitor market developments in battery technologies and regulations.
