Our client is seeking a Baseload Maintenance Engineer/Systems & Network Maintenance Engineer to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure, network, and security systems, ensuring high availability, compliance, and operational stability in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system patching, server/workstation setup, and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Support VAPT activities, remediation, and security compliance requirements
• Administer Windows Server (2022+), Windows 11, and RHEL 8+ environments
• Support network and security products including Fortinet firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and tools such as Splunk, Trellix, CyberArk, IBM Guardium
• Ensure compliance with CIS Benchmarks, CCOP (CSA), and IM8 policies
• Provide support for audits, incidents, disaster recovery exercises, and ad-hoc network issues

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT systems, network, and security administration
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and operational support experience
• Good understanding of infrastructure, security, and compliance standards
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
