Job summary

A leading F&B establishment in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage customer relationships in the Member's Lounge, with expertise in wine and cocktail preparation. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles and possess a Food Safety Certification. This position requires working under pressure and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B establishments focusing on wine or cocktail.
• Working knowledge of wine regions, grape varietals, and classic cocktail recipes.
• Food Safety Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in the Member's Lounge.
• Prepare wine and cocktails as needed.
• Handle food preparation duties, mainly bar snacks.
• Monitor purchasing and receiving procedures for quality and pricing.
• Address member and guest complaints and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers (Member's Lounge)
• Experience in wine and cocktails preparation
• Involve in basic food preparation and duties (Mainly bar snacks)
• Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all purchases
• Addresses member and guest complaints and feedback and advises duty manager on corrective actions taken

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B establishments focusing on wine or cocktail
• Working knowledge of wine (regions, grape varietals, taste notes) or classic cocktail recipes and preparation
• Keen learner, self-motivated, independent and able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
• Experience in back-of-house operations is a plus
• Food Safety Certification is a MUST
