What You’ll Do

• Pour a damn good drink. Whether it’s a martini, a whiskey on the rocks, or a perfectly foamed beer, every pour matters.
• Engage with guests. We’re not just making drinks; we’re creating an experience. Be present, be fun, and make every guest feel like they belong.
• Work clean, work smart. A well‑organized bar is a happy bar. You’ll be setting up, breaking down, and keeping things moving with efficiency.
• Support your team. We move as a unit. If someone needs a hand, you jump in. If the bar gets busy, you handle it.
• Know the classics. You don’t need to invent new drinks, but you should know how to shake, stir, and serve the essentials with confidence.
