Position Overview:

We’re seeking a passionate and responsible Bartender Supervisor to lead our bar operations. The ideal candidate leads by example. Professional, dependable, and genuinely passionate about both people and drinks. You’ll oversee daily bar operations, uphold the highest standards of service, and ensure consistency, integrity, and craftsmanship in every pour. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee daily bar operations during service hours
  • Prepare, mix, and serve cocktails, mocktails, coffee-based drinks, and other beverages with consistencyMaintain quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards in accordance with authorities guidelines
  • Manage bar inventory, stock ordering, and cost control
  • Train and guide junior bartenders in service standards and drink preparation
  • Engage guests with genuine hospitality and product knowledge
  • Work closely with management and kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination during service
  • Support in developing new signature drinks and seasonal specials
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience in a café-bar or restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
  • Excellent work ethics, discipline, and professionalism
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Able to work 5 days a week, on a rotating schedule including weekends
  • Regular working hours (no shifts past midnight)
  • WSET Spirits certification or similar qualification is an advantage
