Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior bartenders with preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Learn and follow drink recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Greet and interact with customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Wash glassware and bar equipment as needed.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the bar.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately (if required).
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Stay up to date with menu items, promotions, and seasonal specials.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the bar and service team.
