Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, creating a welcoming bar atmosphere, and delivering excellent customer service. A good bartender at our establishment goes beyond mixing drinks. You’ll help shape the guest experience and be an integral part of our elevated hospitality culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Bar Operations & Service
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and spirits in accordance with recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service speed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct opening and closing bar procedures, including setup and breakdown.
- Manage drink orders efficiently during peak periods
- Customer Engagement
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and upsell where appropriate
- Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally and elevate when needed
- Inventory and Compliance
- Assist with stock counts and inventory taking
- Restock bar and report low inventory or supply needs
Requirements
- Proven experience as bartender (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues in daily operations
