A distinguished private members’ clubhouse catering exclusively to C-suite executives and VIPs is seeking a Bartender / Guest Services Manager.

The Bartender / Guest Services Manager will deliver exceptional service while overseeing the smooth daily operations of the members’ bar and lounge. This role requires a strong sense of service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and elegant environment for all members and guests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create, prepare, and serve beverages according to recipes and presentation standards developed by you.
  • Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as light food items.
  • Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles with refined etiquette.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day bar operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to operating standards.
  • Provide exceptional, personalized service that ensures a positive and memorable guest experience.
  • Maintain a refined, clean, and well‑organized bar and lounge environment at all times.
  • Uphold and develop excellent service standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and ensure sufficient supply for operations.
  • Contribute to the warm, elegant, and professional ambiance of the club.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a discreet, welcoming environment for members and VIP guests.
Job Requirements
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, private clubs, or bars) is an advantage.
  • Previous luxury service or cabin crew experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese for effective communication with members.
  • Impeccable grooming, confident presence, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of an elite service team.
  • 9‑hour shift, 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays as rostered.
