Working Days & Hours

5 days work week (2 shifts)

Salary Package

Basic Up to $3800 + $300 Clothing Allowances

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with an exclusive clientele.
• Showcase your expertise in wine (regions, varietals, tasting notes) and classic cocktail preparation.
• Assist with basic food preparation, primarily for bar snacks.
• Oversee purchasing and receiving to ensure optimal quality and value.
• Professionally handle member feedback and complaints, proposing effective solutions.
• Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the lounge.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in high‑end F&B establishments with a focus on wine or cocktails.
• Working knowledge of wine (regions, grape varietals, taste profiles) is essential.
• Working knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and their preparation is a must.
• A vibrant personality with excellent bilingual communication and strong presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Experience in back‑of‑house operations is an advantage.
