Ideal candidates will possess a Food Hygiene Certificate and some barista experience. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene standards, operating POS systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Staff meals provided with a 5-day work week totaling 45 hours.

Job description

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and responds to customer needs
• Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages and tea, other hot/iced beverages
• Preferably experienced in coffee calibration, basic latte art skills (not a requirement as long as willing to learn)
• Maintain drink ware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met
• Maintain product taste and quality stability
• Monitor coffee bean and other supply‘s qualities
• Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
• Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems for all orders
• Able to handle all aspects of front of house service, including barista and customer service and floor duties

Requirements
