Responsibilities

• Prioritize customers: greet every customer, treat them as guests, serve with a smile, and take initiative to approach and build rapport.
• Product knowledge: understand beverages and food items so you can introduce them to customers.
• Ensure bread and cake displays are fully stocked at opening and maintained throughout operating hours; update stock levels and availability on the POS system.
• Barista duties: keep coffee calibrated and maintain service standards; brew coffee, tea, and Milo dispensers for pre‑orders.
• Suggestive selling: recommend promotional items to every guest.
• Food preparation: heat pastries, pack takeaway orders, and make sandwiches.
• Maintain cleanliness & tidiness of the café: wipe glass displays and doors, arrange chairs neatly, clear and wipe tables promptly.
• Wash dishes, sweep & mop the floor, and clean the toilet.
• Perform any other duties as required by the company.
