A local cafe chain in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the Barista position. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the F&B or retail industries, with skills in coffee making and some knowledge of bakery and brunch items. Responsibilities include managing shifts, ensuring product quality, and supporting inventory management. Competitive salary of up to $3,000 plus bonus offered. Working location is islandwide with alternating 5 or 6 day work weeks.

Our Client a cafe which have multiple outlet in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Barista (Coffee).
1. Shift & Store Operations
Independently manage assigned shifts, ensuring SOP compliance, consistent product quality, and timely handling of unexpected operational issues.
Execute store opening and closing procedures according to company standards.
Enforce store tidiness and hygiene in all customer-facing and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with SOPs and cleanliness standards.
Safeguard store assets and materials during shift operations and escalate issues when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the store leadership team.
2. Inventory & Resource Management
Assist in stock estimation and ordering, especially around shift-specific material use and waste reduction.
Track product losses and discrepancies during shifts and report findings for cost control.
Estimate material usage and expected loss to support efficient inventory planning and reduce waste.
Support stock takes and warehouse organization and maintain cleanliness and accessibility of supplies
3. Product & Visual Standards
Ensure bar production quality, consistency, and adherence to product presentation standards.
Implement merchandise display guidelines accurately and ensure visual standards are maintained during each shift.
4. Events & Operational Awareness
Support the execution of in-store event procedures and activities.
Develop familiarity with the surrounding commercial area and customer demographics to support operational awareness.
5. Team Support & Training
Actively participate in training and mentoring of Junior Associates, supporting their skill development and helping to uphold brand and service standards.
At least 2 years of work experience in F&B or retail industries.
