☕ Barista (Coffee)
- Salary: Up to $3,000 basic + variable bonus
- Location: Multiple outlets — Cluny Court, East Coast, ION Orchard, Neil Road, Telok Ayer, Tiong Bahru, Tang Plaza, Holland Village (New outlets: Serangoon Gardens & Upper Thomson)
- Work Schedule: Alternating 5/6-day work week, including weekends & public holidays (off in lieu for PH)
- Working Hours: Various shifts (7am–5pm / 7am–3pm / 8am–4pm / 11:30am–3:30pm / 9:30am–7:30pm)
Responsibilities
1. Shift & Store Operations
- Independently manage assigned shifts, ensuring SOP compliance and smooth operations.
- Handle opening and closing duties following company procedures.
- Maintain store hygiene and tidiness in both customer and back-of-house areas.
- Protect store assets and promptly report operational issues.
- Perform other duties assigned by store leadership.
2. Inventory & Resource Management
- Support stock estimation, ordering, and waste reduction during shifts.
- Track and report product losses and discrepancies.
- Help with stock takes, warehouse organization, and supply area cleanliness.
3. Product & Visual Standards
- Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards.
4. Events & Operational Awareness
- Assist in executing in-store events and activities.
- Understand local customer demographics to enhance service and operations.
5. Team Support & Training
- Mentor and support Junior Associates, promoting skill growth and brand standards.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in F&B or retail.
- Skills in coffee making; basic knowledge of bakery and brunch operations preferred.
- Proactive learner with genuine passion for coffee, food, and baking.
