Working location: Tanjong Pagar.

• Prepare, plate and serve drinks and food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Stay informed about menu offerings, coffee bean origins and brewing methods. Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their cafe experience.
• Calibrate machines daily to maintain product standards and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to hygiene, safety and food handling standards.
• Receive and check inventory and perishables. Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Work with other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team with opening and closing tasks.
• Report to Cafe Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1‑2 years of experience in a cafe or F&B.
• Background in coffee is preferred.
