Job summary

GELATO LABO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced barista to brew coffee, master espresso extraction, and craft latte art while innovating the beverage lineup.

You will welcome customers, share knowledge about our beans, and help build the beverage portfolio and brand. The role includes opening/closing shifts, training newcomers, and handling supplier orders. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of barista experience, strong customer rapport, and a knack for growing the beverage

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 yrs of barista experience.
• Ability to build rapport with the customers.
• Ability to grow beverage business.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee, espresso extraction, and latte art in a beautiful way.
• Prepare and innovate other drinks.
• Build rapport with customers and inform them about beans and products.
• Clean, restock, and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Open and close shifts on certain days.
• Develop beverage portfolio and brand.
• Create beverage menu and brand.
• Recruit and train newcomers.
• Place orders with suppliers.
