Job summary

MORROW Health in Singapore is seeking a Wellness Beverage Ambassador to craft espresso-based coffees and wellness beverages, delivering warmth and expert knowledge to every guest while narrating our nutrition philosophy.

You will connect drinks to our wellness pillars, contribute to a culture of ownership and teamwork, and support other customer-facing roles during peak times to ensure uplifting experiences for members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of barista or beverage preparation experience.
• Genuine passion for coffee, wellness, and nutrition.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and educate guests.
• Strong communication and multitasking ability.
• Flexible and adaptable to support beyond core beverage responsibilities when traffic requires.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid food hygiene certification.
• Barista certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees, teas, and wellness beverages with precision, consistency, and care.
• Share knowledge of MORROWN's beverage ethos, connecting drinks to our nutrition pillars and members' lifestyle goals.
• Engage with guests warmly, offering personalised recommendations and building trusted relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and beverage station to the highest standards.
• Operate, clean, and care for all beverage equipment responsibly.
• Support the wider F&B team during busy service periods, stepping into other customer-facing roles when required.
• Actively contribute to a culture of teamwork, ownership, and service excellence.
• Represent MORROWN's values as a spokesperson for our ethos, including participation in events such as cooking classes, demonstrations, or wellness education touchpoints.
