Responsibilities and duties

• Offer high levels of customer service to all customers consistently
• Prepare and serve pies and drinks accurately per the SOP and in a timely manner
• Clean and maintain brewing equipment as needed
• Monitor the condition of brewing equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Have full knowledge of the menu to share recommendations with customers
• Perform quality checks on pies and drinks, keeping spoilage to a minimum
• Maintain adequate supply of all stocks in inventory, ensuring proper storage and refrigeration for daily operations
• Uphold strict hygiene standards of the studio and all equipment
• Fulfil opening and closing duties
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
