Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.
  • Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment.
  • Lead and guide bar staff; assist with training and task delegation.
  • Deliver professional customer service and handle guest feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and alcohol-service regulations.
  • Oversee POS operations, billing accuracy, and end-of-day reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in bar operations; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.
  • Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and rotating shifts.
  • Responsible, punctual, and physically fit for bar duties.
