• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the constant supply of beverage stock.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary items.
• Maintains stock of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and juices.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes orders for drinks using standard recipes.
• Acts upon guest inebriation as trained.
• Cleans work area to adhere to health and safety standards.
