Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or beverage-focused service environment.
• Strong product knowledge in spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations including drink preparation, service sequence and workflow.
• Participate in creating and refining SOPs with the bar team.
• Oversee bar stock, inventory timing and replenishment needs.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment care and safety standards.
• Support Head Bartender in cost control, quality checking and training new hires.
