Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with hotel standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.
- Curate and update cocktail menus in collaboration with the mixologists, maintaining innovation and quality.
- Monitor bar performance, guest feedback, and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and manage P&L to reduce expenses and enhance profitability.
- Coordinate with the culinary, events, and marketing teams to drive bar promotions and guest engagement.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and development planning.
- Work with HR to recruit team members, manage staffing levels and outsourced labor.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of bar experience, with at least 1 year in Bar Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits trends.
- Experience in Asia or World 50 best bar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
