Overview of Duties
  • Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction through provision of professional drinks service at the bar and within the lounge
Main Responsibilities
  • Perform the tasks of order taking and maximise opportunities through knowledge of product.
  • Ensure accuracy by repeating order(s) to the guests.
  • Ensure all beverage are made to Lounge standards.
  • Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations.
  • Maintain hygienic food and beverages service
  • Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and lounge liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
  • Applicants should possess a valid WSQ Food Hygiene certificate for this role.
Experience & Skills
  • Possess a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in Hospitality/Hotel/F&B Culinary operations.
  • Applicants must possess a valid WSQ Food Hygiene certificate.
