Job summary

A leading hospitality organization in Singapore seeks a motivated individual for customer service roles. Responsibilities include setup and preparation for events, conducting beverage service, and ensuring compliance with hospitality standards. Candidates should have at least one year in customer-facing roles and be adaptable to various environments. Secondary education is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Setup and service for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
  • Preparation for events and understanding BEO requirements.
  • Conduct and perform canapes/cocktail service.

Job Responsibilities
  • To be able to setup & service for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
  • To be able to do preparation for event, eg: Roll up of equipment & BOH requirement.
  • To possess types of beverage sequence of service.
  • To be able to conduct and perform canapes/cocktail service.
  • To be able to brew coffee for both manual and machines.
  • To acquire basic F&B Banquets knowledge.
  • To be able to read and understand F&B Requirement from BEOs.
  • To be able to conduct an effective operations briefing for casuals (up to 10 casuals).
  • To possess knowledge & Align with MBS compliance.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
  • Secondary education preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year in customer service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization
Other Prerequisites
  • Ability to lead by example with honesty and integrity
  • Ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to analyze and improve process and procedures
  • Ability to interact and solve opportunities with employees and guests
  • Ability to adapt and take advantage of different working environment, staff, guests and opportunities
  • Able to work standing up to 8 hours
