Job summary

The SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Sales/Customer Service role located in Novena, Singapore. The position offers a 1-year contract with base salary of SGD 2,000–2,600 plus commission and bonus, with opportunities to hit sales targets.

You will promote bank products, handle outbound calls, understand customer needs, and strive to build strong relationships while delivering professional service in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Levels or equivalent.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage; banking experience not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, confident and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Bank's products and services to customers.
• Make outbound calls to leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
• Provide accurate information and professional service to customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products.
• Maintain professional standards of behaviour and conduct.
• Suggest ideas to improve sales performance and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
