Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of local payment systems such as MEPS+, GIRO, FAST, PayNow, and eGIRO.
• Knowledge of data analysis or familiarity with reporting tools will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and follow up on industry work group meetings.
• Lead and coordinate key projects including requirement gathering and functional testing.
• Drive digital transformation efforts supporting localized operational systems.
• Promote system functionality optimization and process improvement.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports ensuring accuracy.
