Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) invites applicants to join its Banking Supervision team. You will evaluate banks' risk controls and assess the suitability of key appointment holders, while addressing breaches of regulatory requirements.

You will interact with senior bank management, coordinate with overseas regulators, and contribute to supervisory policy work across areas such as business continuity, third-party risk, bank resolution, sustainable finance and corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking or auditing.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate the adequacy of banks' risk controls and risk management systems.
• Assess the suitability of key appointment holders.
• Deal with breaches of regulatory requirements.
• Interact with overseas regulatory counterparts to understand financial condition and share supervisory practices.
• Participate in supervisory colleges for major banking groups.
• Engage in cross-department workgroups forming supervisory policies and expectations.
