Job summary

UARROW PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced software and applications manager with deep domain in banking apps, regulatory reporting, and data management. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale solutions across the SDLC, aligning with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing development projects, architecture guidance, and ensuring compliance with MAS/HKMA regulatory requirements while driving delivery milestones and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development and technology delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead software application development, enhancement, and implementation projects.
• Manage technical teams and provide solution architecture and technical guidance.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support regulatory reporting applications, including MAS/HKMA requirements.
• Manage SDLC activities including requirements, design, development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Lead data extraction, transformation, and integration using SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, and Informatica.
• Perform production incident analysis, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
• Coordinate project releases, cutover activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure applications meet security, quality, architecture, and development standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, timelines, and technical deliverables.
