Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore seeks an experienced Ops Support professional to provide L2 application and production support for banking systems. Responsibilities include monitoring batch jobs, handling incidents, and ensuring system stability. Qualifications

• Strong experience in Application / Production Support (L2).
• Hands-on with Batch Scheduling tools – Control-M / Autosys.
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux commands & Shell scripting.
• Strong SQL / PL-SQL troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Monitoring tools – Splunk, Dynatrace, Geneos, or ITRS.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes for Incident, Problem & Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 application / production support for banking systems.
• Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and alert handling.
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs using Control-M / Autosys.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management per ITIL processes.
• Perform SQL-based investigations and data validations.
• Analyze logs and coordinate with L3, Infra, and Business teams for RCA.
• Support deployments, releases, DR/BCP activities.
• Ensure SLA compliance and production stability.
