Job summary

Leading international law firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer. The role combines precedent ownership, fee-earner advisory, and training delivery for a top practice, with some scope to support other teams regionally.

You will track developments in banking and finance law and the wider business environment, turning findings into output such as research notes, client guides, articles and internal briefings.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 5 years UK-equivalent PQE in cross-border Banking & Finance.
• England & Wales and/or Singapore qualification preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes.
• Strong drafting and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and update precedent documentation (APLMA facility agreements, security documents).
• Provide advisory support to fee-earners on structuring questions in live deals.
• Design and deliver training for lawyers, trainees and clients; support BD campaigns.
