Job summary
Unison Group is seeking an experienced Data Architect – Banking in Singapore to lead end-to-end enterprise data modeling, warehouse design, and secure ETL/ELT pipelines for tier-1 banks. You will set data governance standards and collaborate with AI/ML, DevOps, and BI teams to support compliant analytics and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science or information technology, data engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, and database design in banking/financial services.
- Strong proficiency in SQL/NoSQL, data modeling tools (ERwin, PowerDesigner), and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end data architectures for banking clients, including data lakes and data warehouses.
- Implement data governance, data quality and lineage tracking across platforms.
- Collaborate with AI/ML, DevOps, software teams and analysts to enable advanced analytics and regulatory reporting.
