A recruitment agency is seeking a candidate for a Banking Call Centre Customer Service position in Singapore. The role requires 5+ years of customer service experience. Candidates will provide personalized service by answering queries about banking products. The position offers a PM shift and an additional allowance of $1000 for shift work. Training is provided at the East location.
Contract: 12 months subject to renewal/extension/conversion
3-month training provided in East location (Transport provided)
Working location: East or West (Choose preferred)
PM Shift available (Any 8h between 1pm to midnight)
Additional allowance for shift work: $1000
Job responsibilities
Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
