Job summary

A leading bank in Asia is seeking a call center agent in Singapore. In this role, you will deliver personalized service over the phone regarding banking products and services. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented with 5 or more years of experience. The contract spans 12 months with a working schedule that includes weekends and a PM shift, offering a basic pay of $2,600 to $3,800 plus additional allowances.

  • 3-month training provided
  • Working location: East or West (Have to be open to both locations)
  • 5 working days per week (4 weekdays & 1 weekend)
  • Only PM Shift available
  • Basic pay ranges from 2600-3800
  • Additional allowance for shift work: $1000

  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
  • Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
Job requirements
  • Be customer service oriented
  • Previous customer service experience for 5+ years preferred
