A local bank in Singapore is seeking a customer service officer to provide personalized service over the telephone for banking products and service enquiries. This role involves identifying customer needs, cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and provide quality service consistently.
Our client is an established local bank, they are looking to hire a customer service officer to join their contact center.
Working hours: 5 working days per week - 4 weekdays, 1 weekend
AM shift: any 8 hours between 8am – 8pm
PM shift: any 8 hours between 1pm – 12 midnight
