Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for banking applications in CCO and PMR domains.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage testing scope, support fixes, and production implementation.
• Troubleshoot Ctrl-M batch job failures and monitor production issues.
• Handle middleware patching, OS patching, and certificate renewals.
